Reason for trading in intraday cash segment:

• I thought that you may earn the money by two method, one is intraday trading in cash segment and second is long term in which you invest in the large cap stock.


• Intraday  trading in cash is the best trading segment for regular earning because there is no need of large margin money or you maintain risk reward ratio due to stop loss is available in real time and there is no fear of over night position. for long term investment you have requirement of large money for holding long time 10 to 15 year which is not possible for common people so I like most intraday trading in cash segment. 

Why Intraday Trading is the best segment for Trade:  

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR INTRADAY TRADING:

• Data: your analysis is based on current day data. your stop loss, target & entry level also calculated according to current market condition.

• Range: your trading style should not cover narrow range. it should be cover wide range of particular stock.

• Price: your trading style should be based on price action and all other parameter are supplement of price action.
  

• Simple Strategy: your trading style have not include more conditions. it should be simple and reliable in which your comfort level easily obtain.
  

• Number of Trading Stock: you may trade in selective stock such as nifty 50 stock. As well as your accuracy level of strategy increase simultaneously your number of stock selection for intraday trading is decrease and reduced to only one stock for a day.  

• Self Trading Strategy: you have self trading strategy on the basis of your market experience till now because you will not divert from this strategy when market is not in your favour. you would not earn from other source such as advice , social media & friends.

• Tool: you should be perfect in computer trading tool or excel or mathematics calculation. you could not earn money by mobile trading or phone conversation with broker.
  

• Discipline: when you are in profit then you fallow your strategy with discipline but when you are in loss then you violate or divert from their strategy which convert in to a big loss.

• Brokerage: your broker is also reliable in the sense of brokerage and trading tool so that your over all return increase.
  

• Accuracy: there is no such strategy found in the world which is 100 % accurate. if you have the strategy to be probability above 70%  right move in profitable direction then you are successful trader in the world.

• Stoploss & Target: you should be work with proper stop loss & target but if you have not any idea for calculating its value then these are the largest enemy of your money.

• Mathematical Calculation: In intraday trading you have exact mathematical calculation of each parameter such as entry level, stop loss & target other wise market will skip you.
